Jay & Amber Rothgeb

  • Jay, originally from Appomattox, Virginia, is a graduate of Central Virginia Community College, where he earned a degree in Machine Tool and Quality. He takes great pride in his workmanship and has been committed to delivering quality in every project since day 1. Most importantly, Jay puts customer satisfaction first.

    He founded Ironstone Builders with a vision of improving the quality, functionality, and craftsmanship of homes and businesses throughout Central Virginia. His dedication to excellence and his customers is at the heart of everything Ironstone Builders stands for.

    Amber was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and later graduated from Rustburg High School in Virginia. She has been an essential part of the Ironstone Builders team since 2019, bringing high standards and strong expectations to her role and helping uphold the quality and excellence that define Ironstone Builders.

    Amber works diligently every day to bring clients’ visions to life. Behind the scenes, she coordinates people, projects, schedules, and details to ensure that every job stays on track and everything flows smoothly from start to finish. Her dedication, organization, and commitment to excellence make her a valuable part of the Ironstone Builders team.

Tyler Fatigate

  • Tyler is a hardworking, dependable, and positive member of the Ironstone Builders team. Known for his bubbly personality and friendly attitude, he brings great energy to every job site and is always willing to lend a helping hand.

    Tyler takes pride in his work and approaches every project with a strong work ethic and a team-first mindset. His dedication and upbeat personality make him a valued part of the Ironstone Builders family.

Presleigh Rothgeb

  • Jay and Amber got married in April 2024, and in May 2025, the light of their world arrived, Presleigh. Affectionately known to many as “Miss P,” the nickname is a perfect fit for her spunky and spirited personality.

    You may get the opportunity to see Miss P at the Ironstone Builders office or out on a job site. And who knows? One day, you may see her working alongside Amber and Jay, carrying on the family legacy and becoming part of the Ironstone Builders team.

Allan Krapf

  • With over 30 years of experience in the building industry, Amber’s father brings an incredible depth of knowledge, craftsmanship, and hands-on expertise to Ironstone Builders. As our Lead Foreman, he oversees projects from start to finish, ensuring every detail meets the high standards we strive for.

    His years in the industry have given him the experience to handle challenges with confidence, guide the team, and ensure each project is built with quality and care. His knowledge and dedication are a valuable part of what makes Ironstone Builders who we are.
